Trail Ridge Homes was founded by Miles Grant in 1998. Miles Grant has over 30 years experience and has supervised the construction of over 3,500 homes throughout the Denver Metro area. He is passionate for new home construction and began his journey in this industry building foundations when he was just 16 years old. Miles went on to become construction manager and then president of several major home building companies prior to the founding of Trail Ridge. His mission is to build quality homes with spacious floor plans at a great value and he has achieved it.
Behind the nuts and bolts of our quality homes you will find Craig Pickrel. Craig Pickrel has over 30 years and has built hundreds of new homes and several commercial homesites throughout Colorado. Craig oversees all of the construction at Trail Ridge Homes to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. It can be said that each of our homes is built with over 30 years of experience and we are proud of it!
Janet Bova-Wood is the diligent Sales Manager behind our very friendly and knowledgeable sales team. Janet has been in the new home sales business for over 28 years and was noted as one of the top sales counselors for the company. Janet also has experience in marketing for a fortune 500 company, conducting sales training, community planning and model home decorating.
